STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! We drove from Chattanooga to Albany, 5 hrs, after making a deal on a 1 year old, 6000 mile certified preowned Sonata. They didn't have anything ready to go. Salesman lied about it being a smoker car. They screwed around until closing before we could get out of there. We're still waiting on paperwork. The team was on time, professional, and did a fantastic job. Kiersten Williams is a great professional and helpful. While pleasant, the salesperson had to keep googling to answer questions about car during test drive and while showing car.
When business mgr sent paperwork for financing options...
He left out banking information/contract for review and when I texted salesperson they didn't return the text....
After a week, had to contact General Mgr to finally get contract information....
Then they sent a driver that didn't know anything about car either ( suggested I read the manual).
Again the Salesperson was hard to reach at this point.

Very pleasant experience! The salesman, Jeffery Williams was very helpful and easy to work with. Answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. I would have given them a 5 star review except we had to wait a pretty good while on the business manager to get to us to finish up. I believe they said he was trying to keep up with a couple of other locations too. Sounds like he needs some help! Other than that that it was very good.

Absolutely terrible at customer service and communication. I've tried to communicate with Michael at the collision center and he won't answer my questions in regard to service I am scheduled to receive. DeMarcus(sp?), the GM of the dealership will not return my phone call after 1) leaving a voicemail and 2) telling the phone operator I had not received a call back yet and it was urgent. I brought my Kona for service on July 22 and I was told by the technician I would receive the documentation by email. Three days later I am still waiting for the email. My last name was spelt wrong. I left two messages on voice mail but the calls were not returned.

I went there and said my door handle is missing and they inspected and they took 190 Dollor for inspection, they called me and asked in hurry it needs. inspections and its today's thing may 7, 2019. And price added was supplies which none was used, and 2 quotes of doors only. I asked him where is manager he said I am manager Karl David. Never go there. This is second time.
Chris explained everything in detail to me. In addition to the steering wheel problem, he also repaired 2 recalls--all at no charge under my warranty. Phone calls prior to visiting the dealership were also pleasant and informative. Chris is customer friendly.

My experience with the personnel at Autonation Hyundai in Albany, Ga., was positive except for a discrepancy on page 1 of the Lease Agreement. I have called this issue to the attention of the finance manager and on my Hyundai survey. Awaiting a resolution.
My daughter had a used 2012 Elantra. She loves the back up camera and the bluetooth in this new model. This newer model gets better gas mileage, too. The paycation is what sold us on getting it now.

It was long but worth the wait should be organized more and give more details on what paper work u will need the first time.
Overall, it was a good experience, but as I have already mentioned, little improvements can go a long way to making things excellent. Great explanation of the vehicle's equipment and closer work with the finance/service department, especially with new sales people, would be a plus.

Out of all the new cars I have purchased this is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Mr. Hall in finance was the only one that was on top of his game.I know nothing about this new vehicle except the safety features I asked about.
I believe the price was good and applicable discounts allowed. Part of the deal was for the dealer to furnish and install a trailer hitch but the male insert that hold the hitch ball was not provided. For a time, the remote entry would not work, we could not set the clock and other electrical features were inoperable. When we returned to dealer it was discovered the fuse panel was not activated when dealer prep was performed.(at a cost of $599.00). Internet sales rep did a good job working on price of car.told him we wanted a white or black sonata with a sunroof and leather seats, told us he didn't have this available. Since my first review, the managerial staff has endeavored arduously to resolve the primary issues. I and the general manager communicated on many occasions and came the general consensus that several of the issues were due to said lack of communication.
